How Sauvetage Assuré inc. collects, uses and protects your personal information.
1. Who we are
Sauvetage Assuré inc. provides aquatic supervision and management services and the Nage Assurée swim program in Montreal.
2. Person in charge
The President of Sauvetage Assuré inc. is the person in charge of the protection of personal information. For any question or request: contact@sauvetageassure.com.
3. Information we collect
- Quote requests: name, organization, email, phone, facility information and your message.
- Job applications: your contact details, positions of interest, certifications, availability, message and, if attached, your résumé.
- Nage Assurée registrations: the swimmer's and parent's or guardian's information needed for registration.
4. Why we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, process an application or manage a registration. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
5. Consent and minors
We collect your information with your consent. For anyone under 14, consent is given by the person having parental authority or the tutor.
6. Service providers and hosting
We use technology providers, including Google (email, spreadsheets and résumé storage), to receive and manage form submissions. Some information may be hosted outside Québec. We take reasonable measures to ensure it is adequately protected there.
7. Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected. Unsuccessful applications are destroyed no later than 12 months after receipt. Information is then destroyed or anonymized.
8. Your rights
You may request access to your information, have it corrected, or withdraw your consent by writing to contact@sauvetageassure.com. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
9. Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.
